Duta Silk House is the flagship expression of PT Soen Indonesia.
Our presence in Bali began in 1986, followed by the opening of a permanent store in Denpasar in 1988. Widely regarded as the first fabric store on the island, Duta Silk House emerged when access to quality textiles in Bali was minimal.
Serving international visitors, tailors, designers, and early garment makers, the store became part of Bali’s creative foundation. Many designers who later gained national and international recognition sourced their early materials here.
Silk and linen sit at the core of our identity, valued for their natural performance, breathability, and character. These are complemented by carefully selected cottons, wools, lace, embroidery, synthetics, linings, padding, and specialty textiles.
